Shipping policy

Hallson Group Pty Ltd Trading As Friday's Child Baby Gifts will make arrangements to have your products delivered or collected in a manner deemed fit based on nominated delivery address, type of product, timeframe required etc. Deliveries are typically made during business hours Monday to Friday.

Delivery will be charged at the advertised price on the Friday's Child Baby Gifts website. Friday's Child Baby Gifts reserves the right to charges additional fees for heavy and bulky deliveries as well as to difficult delivery addresses.

Once you place an order with our team or online, we will have your gifts shipped as soon as possible with a lead time of approx. 2-4 business days via standard or express shipping depending on your chosen method. Shipping timeframes are dependent on location with typical Australian timeframes being Metro NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC: 1-2 days. Metro SA, WA, TAS and NT: 3-5 days for express and Metro NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC: 2-4 days. Metro SA, WA, TAS and NT: 3-6 days for standard shipping.

If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, gifts may be left in a safe place as determined by the carrier. If no safe place is found, the carrier may leave the delivery at the closest nominated collection point. If the parcel remains uncollected, it will be returned to Friday's Child Baby Gifts and a redelivery fee will be applied.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide a correct and accurate delivery address. Failure to do so may incur re-delivery fees.

All parcels will be sent with 'Authority to Leave' should the carrier deem it safe to do so. Therefore, photographic evidence and/or delivery records from our carrier will be used as evidence of delivery.

At Friday's Child Baby Gifts we aim to provide a timely and efficient service. At times, delivery estimates may incur a delay that is beyond the control of us and our staff. Friday's Child Baby Gifts will not be liable to the client for any costs incurred, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by a delivery delay.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, Hallson Group Pty Ltd Trading As Friday's Child Baby Gifts will not be held liable for the property damage, personal injury or death caused directly or indirectly by loading, unloading and delivery of gifts.
